We are writing to say how delighted we were at our removal. Todd and Jason were excellent-they treated our furniture as if it was there own. We were also extremely impressed with the care shown as the weather was far from good and they laid blankets both in the old and new houses thereby stopping us from worrying about muddy footprints etc. etc.

We recently moved from Adelaide to Hervey Bay and had over $2000 worth of damage. Due to this we moved a great deal of furniture from Alexander st to Dundowran on our own. Had we know of the excellent service by Todd and Jason, we most certainly would have given you the whole job.

Dear Pam and Staff

I am writing to say a big "thank you" to you and your staff for the fantastic service we received from you, when we made our move from Melbourne to Queensland. The team at the Melbourne end were fantastic so caring and helpful about all of our possessions. I thought they'd never pack our homely possessions and furniture into the container but they did and with great care. You were right "there's definately an art to removalists work".

Nothing was an effort for them, they went out of their way to make sure everything went well.

We had a pick up on Friday for delivery into our new home on the Monday, and right on schedule they arrived with our things Monday, the team in Queensland were just great also, friendly, polite, nothing was a bother and they took great care in unloading, placed everything as requested.

Once again thankyou and your wonderful team for making our move so much easier.

PS I'm finding the heat hard to bare !!Ha...

Pam, Melissa and the team,

Have only just got our telephone hooked up at Mooloolah Valley and this is the first opportunity we have had of contacting you.

We want to tell you how pleased and happy we were to have Dave and Garry pack up our gear and transport it to the Sunshine Coast. These guys are a credit to all concerned. They could not have been more professional, careful, cooperative and understanding if they had tried.

Hi Pam,

I'm writing to let you know that the replacement piano was delivered today and it seems to be a good condition almost exact equivalent to the original. I'm so glad you organised the delivery. Hutchings Pianos were really lovely to deal with.

I would like to call you to say thanks but I've just started a new job and am tied up during business hours, so an email will have to suffice. I do appreciate the lengths you've gone to rectify the problem and I will remember your professionalism in sorting it out.
